   Are they still in business? I've used Bright & Beautiful, Grays twice and could not fault them. They collected and returned the items and kept in touch every step of the way. 5 star both of those times. However since last week I have telephoned (rung and cut off), messages on fb and via email (no response) and filled in their contact form. No response to any of these attempts. What a shame if they have gone under. If anyone can recommend a firm in the Thurrock/Grays area that they have good experience of, please post on here. Thanks

I was especially pleased with Paul’s quality check—he went over everything meticulously to make sure nothing was missed.    Had a fantastic experience with this company. From the first contact, they were so quick to respond, and answered all my questions. My household had never hired a cleaning company before, and were dealing with a lot of nerves- to the point we considered cancelling- but this was handled with true kindness and professionalism. Once we were all reassured (truly, a feat of miracle-work from Niamh), and the cleaning went ahead, all doubts vanished and we are now so happy to be living in such a beautifully clean home! We will hire Bright & Beautiful Grays again and again.

   Niamh and her crew are fantastic. From a very efficient zoom call to the quote the whole process is detailed and explained, putting you at ease. The crew of Elvie, Alice & Anna arrived on time. I had no qualms about leaving them to their work unattended in the house whilst at work and felt secure. I returned to a home that looks like a 5 star hotel suite!! The bed was made up, everything smells clean and sparkles & even the toilet paper was folded!!! Thank you for the fantastic service and I would highly recommend this company!! Just had another deep Spring clean and it’s brought the house alive again. Returning customer so they must be doing something right. Cannot recommend their services enough. A great team of cleaners and Niamh is superb at organising and getting back to clients with quotes and planning. Came home to a super clean house.

I use the ironing service regularly and Tracey has been brilliant, Emma has also been wonderful whenever helping out.
