Update, I’m still waiting for the remainder of my order, I’ve been told that although I would get my order within 3 days, it might be a day or so after. Here we are 2 weeks later and still only a part order. Buyers beware DS Plymouth IS NOT a retail outlet it’s a call centre. Once they’ve taken your money, you’re in their hands. Just complained and a guy called Leon hung up on me, what a disgusting way to treat valued customers. Use this company at your peril and look at the many other bad reviews. The industry does NOT need this type of trader.

This is another purchase from this supplier when I received damaged velux window. Nobody replied to my emails for 2 weeks to get it solved and pushed me to purchase new window elsewhere after causing 2 weeks of delays on my project. They don't feel responsible for it at all and are not interested to solve this issue or willing to return the money. At other hand it took me over 60 emails and few months in similar case about 2 years ago. I'l never ever again use your stores because of number of issues and your customer service being far from understanding customer rights. Im passing this case further to my solicitors.

They took payment nearly 4 weeks ago now. After 3 weeks they still couldn’t give me a delivery date. They just said they are having issues as the company recently changed hands. Had to order through another company, got great service from them. Awaiting refund but not holding my breath.

After a couple of successful orders from this company, I put an order in in March 2025, I got an email to say it had been shipped and it didn't arrive, it then happened again a couple of weeks later. After nothing from this company I had to waste working time to chase them on the phone. After being given several lame excuses I was told they would be following up on this order because it was due to an accounting error. After hearing nothing I rang and complained twice more and after pressure from me agreed to at least refund the delivery charge of £50. I was told that that was all they money they had in the order. It eventually got to June and I had no choice but to cancel the order after looking very foolish to my clients. Even though it was only a £500 order, I found an alternative company that was £100 pounds cheaper than this lot and delivered it within 2 weeks. Roofing superstore are an expensive, absolute waste of time and shocking customer service. Incompetent shambles from beginning to end, I will never use or recommend this company ever again.

Excellent company, they are really helpful and sorted everything out so quickly when I accidentally ordered the wrong product. They updated the supplier and issued a refund promptly and reordered for me while keeping me fully informed of the process right though to delivery, which was also very quick compared to other companies. They are so professional and I would definitely recommend using them.

I contacted the Roofing Store twice, for information. I spoke to Sean and later Gary. Their caring attitude, making me feel valued, was wonderful. Their standard, of support, was, quite simply, the best I've experienced. They are at a 'Rolls Royce',or 'Gold' level. I would , without hesitation, advise anyone, with Roofing needs or enquiries, to use The Roofing Superstore. You will not be sorry. Ben O'Brien..

Ordered 2 pallets of Eurodec flat coping. A red 'Do not stack' notice was placed inside pack, resulting in a layer of unusable coping as the dye from sign had permanently stained tops red.

I ordered velux windows which were centre pivot rather than top hung. I tried to exchange immediately but was told to buy the new ones separately, which I did and then was refused a return of the original ones. I had asked for the original wrong order to be collected which I was told could happen then it didn't. I was given a huge run around by customer services over many calls and emails who repeatedly changed their mind on whether they would collect or assist with collection (because the windows were large, I couldn't easily organise the return) but in the end they didn't assist. I managed to re-package them and return on a pallet but was told the boxes were too damaged (because they got wet) for them to accept the return even though they offered to re-box for £30 each. I'm now £2100 out of pocket and been told it's tough and they will not accept the return or pay any money back even though they have the windows now and could re-box them. Even though these windows are supposed to face the elements for decades - apparently they can't survive a wet cardboard box. I've been told different things every time I've spoken to someone and they've delayed and delayed and dropped my case 3 times and I've had to chase up again. Complete nightmare. Buy windows somewhere else and save yourself the hassle of non assistance if there's a problem. I've never been treated so badly by a retail outlet.
