   Quite smooth help with gathering documents for the citizenship application and applying, constantly stay in touch also was appreciated very much. So despite of overall good service, we are slightly disappointed by the delays in weeks for asking/pinging Home office and also frustrated a bit that such an important document was sent with delays and by second class post without any protection of certificate - so certificate arrived damaged and bent.
