We were recommended Total Clean by one of the other companies in the building and I am so glad they did - after a couple of years of unreliable service on every level from our old cleaning company I was a little tentative about moving on to someone else who could be equally as poor, however, I didn't need to worry at all. I am extremely happy with the service we get from the whole team and would thoroughly recommend them as they are diligent, thorough and attentive to all of our needs with our hybrid working in the office. There is a lot of competition out there but don't waste your time trying someone you don't know and just give this fantastic team a call, you won't regret it!
Absolutely outstanding service from Tiger Cleaning! They have been cleaning our surgery for a while now, and I can confidently say they are the best cleaning company we've ever worked with. We have been using total clean for 3 years, on that period we have anly had issues at start for a couple of days until the cleaners settled, since then we are happy with the service

Really pleased with the builders clean we had at our house just before xmas. Great attention to detail from the cleaning team and big thanks to Carlos who somehow managed to arrange this for us with just 1 days notice. Fantastic customer service and great cleaning too. Will definitely recommend.
There could never be a better name for this company as this is exactly what you get from them. Our flat was a total disaster thanks to the inconsiderate builders working in the flat below us. They removed all of the old Victorian lathe and plaster walls including the ceiling without any protection to our flat above. Our flat looked like the inside of a coal mine by the time Gustavo and his team were called in. These guys showed up on time, were shocked to see the state of our flat but didn't grumble and got on with the job. We have a two story flat and a lot of stuff. Everything was covered with grime when we left them but when we returned the next day our flat was spotless and as lovely as ever. They completely erased the nightmare and even cleaned the inside of our fridge to boot! That's what I call going the extra mile. I am certain they are the best and most thorough cleaners in all of London and we would not hesitate to use them again. Their attitude and work ethic and professionalism is second to none. They deserve far more than the 5 stars that I am allowed!
Organised deep clean fogging treatment for a residential property for a friend who had Covid. The team at Total Clean were very responsive and I was able to organise everything by phone. They then took the time to explain the treatment in detail and answer all questions for the homeowner. We were able to have the clean done the same day and gave great peace of mind. Would definitely recommend
Total Clean insisted on full payment upfront, then failed to show for their booking. When they did arrive they did not clean the windows, the fridge, the oven at all. As it was an ex-builders clean everything was left very dusty and not clean. The cleaners had also left scratches all over the freshly polished parquet flooring. When I called the office, their response was simply “it was the builders not us. It was clearly so dusty you didn’t see the damaged floor until we cleaned it.” My response, “it was actually the floor itself that has been repaired and freshly polished, so I can assure you I have pictures of a perfect, new floor before your cleaners arrived.”On sending through pictures to the Total Clean office of the lack of clean, and damage, the cleaners came back. The cleaners arrived several hours late again. Again the clean was not done, the fridge, the oven, the bathroom. This whole process took over 2 weeks. Total Clean simply offered a refund for the clean and refuse to submit their insurance details to my insurance company for the damage. I will never use Total Clean or recommend Total Clean again .
