Daara helped me on the kiosk today and I just have to say that she was absolutely pleasant! Very welcoming and very helpful. 10/10 service deserves every penny she gets paid.

Came to the drive thru and just had the best experience. Danβs (assistant managers) service was 10/10, best service Iβve ever had. Very patient and helped me with the app!

Every other burger king i have done 2 separate orders this one according to Dan burger kings member of staff dosnt allow this and was rude when saying so. Then I went round again too order my 2nd lot of food and wanted to swap my drinks for milkshakes Dan once again said I couldn't do this and id have to drive round again so I just brought my original order because I couldn't be bothered with the attitude problem. Food was also awful reheated chips. Burgers hardly warm. Bacon and cheese fries with hardly any bacon and cheese on so took them back in to complain Dan snatched the food and slammed them in the bin then replacements chips had been sat under a heater or reheated. Overall poor experience, not your usual bk experience.

Went through the Drive Through today and was served by a lovely lady called Kim. Food was quick, hot and fresh. Kim made the experience even better with her kindness and patience. Can't wait to visit again.

Came here for my lunch break and have to say that the food was quite good for a fast food chain and was hot. Staff very kind and polite. My food was served my Heidi, a lovely lady and for sure the sweetest person Iβve ever met. Also, the facility has a big car park where you can enjoy your food. Surely coming back again.

We frequently attend this restaurant and enjoy our meal. However, today the onion was soft and insipid (?old) and the usual grilled burger flavour was completely missing- almost as though they had been oven cooked and reheated. Real disappointment

I visited this place when it was dark. The lighting for the entrance and car park was abysmal, honestly you have to see it to believe it. The actual shop had a weird smell. I wouldn't say it was urine, but that was definitely in the mix. One single person was serving at the counter. While I waited for over ten minutes for the women who were being served to decide what they wanted and how they were going to make their phones pay for it, I observed at least three employees doing nothing productive. Seriously? Come to the till and take money! The burger was good. It's always good, they really do know how to do it. The drink? Honestly, I thought Vladimir Putin wanted to kill me. I can't even begin to describe how bad it was. I used to champion this brand, I will never recommend it again.

Very slow here even when there are no ques. Food is never hot, it's usually just warm. Food doesn't always come how you would want it too. If you like a bacon double cheeseburger this is not the same as a cheeseburger with bacon and doesn't taste anything a like. I didn't enjoy my last one as it was a cheeseburger with bacon which is not what I asked for. Staff aren't the friendliest or as helpful as you would like

Just on the Bilston Road A41 heading in / out of Wolverhampton. Large car park at the rear of the "'restaurant " place was deserted around 16:30 hrs today. Hand sanitising station just as you enter. Can pre order and collect using the app. The app has deals which are much cheaper than buying in store so always best to check that first. Usual layout of these fast food places. They only take contactless payment which is a pain as I prefer paying in cash. Had the cheese crispy chicken ( ordered on the app @ Β£3 for the burger ) Tasted quite salty and there was no onions or any of this nacho cheese sauce. Disappointing and the reason I won't be going back there. No excuse for poor food service especially as all the staff were stood around chatting so no excuse to leave things off the order, especially when No customers at all in the restaurant. Very poor. Id give the app 5 stars but this Restaurant gets 2 for being poor service.
