   I tried asking for a quote and the person on the line was rude and not listening. I simply asked if they provide a fitting service where you already have the materials, rather than buying from them. The reception person has no manners and wasn’t answering the question properly. This is a shame because, as a customer if I am informing you of what the job would require and pay for your services, I am doing the company also a benefit by paying as well as the receiving. I won’t be contacting them again.

   Had them fit my hallway (lino) bedroom and living room (carpet) the bedroom fitting was fine however the hallway and living room looks poorly done. The fitters took my door off in order to shave it down it's now been a couple weeks, ive called many times been told a bunch of excuses as to why they havent come to shave my door and put it back on. I've reached my limit and am now going to go into the store myself and let them know my complaints. Shocking. 3-10-2022 It is now about a month or so later, my door has been put back on, the gentlemen who trimmed my door and put it back on were good professional blokes however the manager or whoever he was, spoke to me with the most disrespect over the phone. I refused to pay for the service considering I had been waiting so long, been ignored, told this day, that day and led on an absolute wild goose chase. Yet the man had the nerve to tell me I was in the wrong. So no I will not be removing my review as he so angrily demanded I believe my opinion is valued and other people need to know.

   Very slow and rude people, customer service is disgusting. waited 3 weeks just for them to come and measure (called multiple times), another few days for a quote after being told someone would call in 30 minutes. They lied constantly about trying to call me, they tried to reschedule my date for another week (i would be waiting 5 weeks for my flooring at this point in total) because they wanted to do mine and my neighbours on the same day. I kept my date. Said they would come between 2pm and 3pm, called them at 3.15pm to get an update, they then said it would be 4pm and the manner they used to explain the reason was not acceptable for customer service. Will not be using again, nice flooring but it was not worth the wait or the hassle

   Extremely bad service. Please be cautious. We needed carpets putting in our flat , we requested them to measure but we would also buy the carpets from them . They lied and didn't come on several attempts and several requests. At the end of this issue they said we used another supplier and they were upset. are you that thick? You have to shop around to get a good price. Please people do not go here at all! They rip you off and waste your time and they lie a lot.

   Hi people. I cant emphasize enough not to use their services. I made the mistake of using their services to get my lounge and landing area carpeted some time ago. After agreeing prices, including labour, we agreed on a date for the work to be done. They reached my place and after putting the carpet in the lounge took out a totally different coloured piece of carpet to lay in the landing area. I simply refused and asked them to use the same colour which we agreed to initially. As they didn't have that colour, they agreed to finish the work after a few days. As the work was not finished, I withhold a little bit of payment(I think it was £50). Now I think I should not have paid them a penny as they never came back, they never picked up my call and after trying their number for few days I just gave up. I will never recommend them to anyone at any cost.
