Fatu and Salimatou were very kind and friendly and went above and beyond to do an end-of-tenancy clean of my flat. When I first moved in, the oven was so dirty I thought it was unsalvageable but Fatu and Salimatou left it sparkling, as they did the bathroom and floors as well. Both were very happy to reclean anything that remained dirty after their initial clean. I would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone in future.
Genuinely such a fantastic service (I had an end of rental clean done in our rented 2 bed flat). CLEANING - this was done to a high standard. I requested nothing additional, but the quality Ben was cleaned spotless as was the fridge and stains were lifted from upholstery. The two cleaners spent 4.5 hours cleaning our 2 bed flat, and it was as good as new went they left! So worth the money SERVICE - the two people who came to clean were so lovely and friendly. They brought their own food and drinks (and disposed of they own mess) and their own cleaning equipment. They were nice and respectful of being in someone’s home. Also, the person who arranged the visit was quick to respond and so flexible (I needed to change the date with a few days notice, and they got it sorted for me with no added charge). PRICING - all the pricing is upfront on the website. I got quotes from several other companies where the price list online showed them as cheaper - but with loads of hidden fees (VAT, added charge for having carpets, added charge for having windows etc) - one quote rose from the online stated £135 to over £300. This company are honest with their pricing, everything is included, and it is cheaper than anywhere else. I have had end of rental cleans done before, but never has it been to this standard and with so much time given to it. I so recommend this service to anyone in Bristol needed a house clean, especially end of rental clean.
Marcus and Abdul did our deep clean today. Super great attention to detail. The flat is sparkling clean, I can't believe it's the same oven. Couldn't recommend these guys more! They were both lovely and put such a great effort into it all!
There is no doubt that the team at Splashernet deserve 5 stars and more! Having just moved in to a Victorian terrace in Bristol we were overwhelmed by the amount of cleaning required. Great company for an end of tenancy clean! Very friendly and professional. We checked the property and found it sparkling clean, unfortunately the inventory inspector still managed to find a few bits that needed more attention... But Splashernet were quick to respond and send someone to do the additional cleaning which shows you can trust them! Overall a great, trustworthy service.
We were really pleased with the services provided. We booked cleaners for an end of tenancy clean and were very impressed with the results. Very good value for money as the price included carpet and oven clean. Not only that but there was a heatwave at the time they cleaned our property and the cleaning team soldiered through regardless.
