   I would give this place zero stars if I could. DO NOT take your clothes here, EVERY single item of my clothes SHRANK dramatically and now a whole bag of my favourite clothes no longer fit me at all. This is THE WORST laundry service I have ever used. I am very sad to leave a terrible review as most of the reviews on this place are decent..I'm honestly not sure why! I wish I had never taken my clothes here, spare yourself and go elsewhere! Hope I can help some of you still love your favourite clothes. X

   Had the most wonderful experience here. Long story short i needed to arrange an emergency clean of some suit trousers and Tara was so sympathetic to my issue, messaging me out of hours and helping to solve the issue, will definitely use this palce in future

   Good morning, Thanks for your invoice, I have tried several times using either of the two links on my invoice unfortunately without success. So rather than be in debt I used the BACS system, which at my age I find easier and am more assured. A word of thanks to the fair haired young lady who assisted me on Friday, it was reassuring to have such attention, even though she was limited it what she could do at the time, never mind she obviously worked behind the scenes after I left.    Lovely owner, nice machines, no worries if you don't have soap-- you can add it within the automatic system, contactless payment (tap card/phone), multiple size machines, place to fold, lots of great places nearby to have a bite to eat or drink while you wait. Five stars for this laundromat! They offer other services too, but I only went in to wash and dry my clothes while on holiday.

   I went to next door dry cleaners and was met with a very rude woman who made absolutely no effort to understand my needs. However at the clean bean, the lady serving me was extremely helpful and kind and went extra mile with the great customer service she gave me an honest advice and managed to get rid of the stain on my coat effectively and professionally ,highly recommended five star manager ☺️

   This launderette was barely satisfactory when everything goes smoothly for them but they definitely don't put themselves out or even try very hard to provide for their customers. They act like they are doing you a favour! I've booked collections and they haven't shown up and the staff are snooty and frankly unpleasant to deal with. There are many other places which are actually pleasant to use, that place the customer at the center of their ethos and provide a much better service which isn't at a rip of price point! If you read through these reviews most are based on when the clean bean was a totally different set up. You go in there and never can find a member of staff. They see a negative review and rebute it immediately blaming the customer! I REST MY CASE! Who runs a business that way?!

   A really good launderette. They have two really big machines which are great for bedspreads and duvets. You can now pay by card so no need for pound coins..you can still pay cash if you want. They do a laundry service if you prefer.
