   Great service, explained all the bed options and how it works, now know what I want and can continue to save and come back to buy, no pressure to buy there and then which was great and excited what I wanted is in budget, and they can take away old bed a mattress, looking forward to coming back soon to buy. Fantastic range of furniture in-store, well worth a visit! after my visit in Aug 24 and a few more visits I finally chose my bed frame and mattress in March 25, I completely changed my mind and went for a solid wood bedframe and mixed and matched from the book, so was slate grey with grey padding at both ends and also chose a new mattress at a great price. delivery window was short and it did come earlier then stated, so that was a bonus, delivery was great and very respectful of my property, all bits taken to the room, I chose to build the bed myself which worked out fine, nice and easy to do (they do offer an option were they put it together for you but I like to build furniture so did it myself). I have slept like a baby since it was delivered, great products and excellent service! I would happily use them again and have recommended them to several people. thank you so much.

   John was very friendly and helpful when I first browsed round the shop looking for a new sofa. The one I eventually selected was subsequently delivered by John and his colleague as per the time scale quoted. They were very respectful of my property whilst delivering, even removing footwear when entering to ensure no risk to my carpets. Very pleased and would recommend.

   Just ordered a new bed and mattress from them, the quality is first class and the price was very competitive. I also must say the service was excellent, they delivered on the day promised and even erected all for me in the bedroom. Would have no hesitation in recommending this retailer to anyone.    What a wonderful experience. Shopping here was a pleasure from the moment you walked in the shop and received a lovely friendly welcome to the delivery and installation of our adjustable bed and arm chair. Communication throughout was excellent and when the first bed was no longer available an even better alternative was found. Will definitely use again and recommend and buy local and buy British.
