   Just wanted to share my experience of this company. I went in with a budget in mind, and when I told the lovely lady how much I had to spend I was told that I would struggle to find something, She made me a coffee and went on her computer to see if she could find me something close to. I was made to feel very welcome and I really appreciated that as a lot of companies would have just turned their back, but the lady I spoke to was lovely. Thank you from a future customer.

   It is so reassuring to deal with a company that is honest and still has morals and believes in “the customer is the priority “. We had bought previously from Frank Knighton so chose to return. From the moment we visited the store and was met by Gillian everything was excellent and friendly. Gillian was so knowledgeable, friendly and at no time gave a hard sell, in fact it was the opposite she encouraged us to take our time and make the right choice for us. Same went for the delivery Nick was so helpful. We were never made promises that couldn’t be kept and were kept well informed throughout the whole journey. Without doubt I would recommend visiting Frank Knighton Nottingham for any sofa and furniture needs or advice Gillian will be to happy to help, chat and maybe make you a coffee. Thanks a lot

   We purchased a sofa with the help of Gillian, who made us feel very welcome, with coffee and biscuits. She was there to advise when needed, you don't get a pushy sales person here; they really care and want you to make the right choice. Yesterday our sofa was delivered by Nick and Arthur, who were fantastic. They went above and beyond (literally) to deliver our sofa, which is gorgeous. PURE QUALITY. We would highly recommend Frank Knighton to anyone looking to buy a new suite. They are far more competitive than all the other well known sofa specialists.    We haven’t purchased our sofa yet as waiting for our house to be completed to be sure about the size but we will definitely be buying from this store! Some of the sofas are so nice and comfy and the prices are fantastic and most importantly Gillian the sales lady is so nice and extremely helpful as, in our case we are quite old and she was extremely patient
