   This store has significantly improved in recent years and I now don't mind popping in again. It is always well stocked with a good range of essentials. The store is clean and tidy and there is always at least one member staff on tills. There are also a couple of self-scan tills. The staff are very helpful. It can be a bit of a tight squeeze if you have a basket and staff are refilling shelves. If you have a pushchair, be warned! They've jam packed the floorspace. It is very popular store and the small car park is often very busy. Beware if you are a pedestrian! There is a cash point outside, a bike post and a dog lead ring. 7 years ago was the polar opposite: This store has gone downhill and I no longer shop here due to the horrible smell that seems to get worse with every visit. The milk fridge, which is inconveniently positioned in the back corner of the shop, stinks of sour cheesy milk which radiates into the whole shop. Management need to sort this issue out, it is repulsive! The fridge doors are frequently broken and filthy, along with the scan as you shop machines, caked in food smears. Just gross. This is a place to buy food and the smell and filth are not what I want from a food retailer.

   Only available cashier is a robot... To make matters worse the assistance is a single member of staff who sides with the robot and thinks the robots lack of ability to function as a cashier is your fault. Wouldn't recommend.

   Not much of a Tesco express when there is only one person in the store. Fridge doors are a pain to... Biggest disappointment was when I went to recycle the packaging from my southern fried chicken wrap to find the clear window made up the entire lining of the cardboard box and was impossible to remove making it pure landfill fodder. Tesco, sort it out. Disappointed from Lutton.
