   Myself and my brother were shopping with my 82 year old father. We ended up in separate checkout lanes due to our own confusion and just carried on to not be annoying. I realised my brother in the different lane had my dad's colleague clubcard (given to him by my other brother who is eligible for a second family member card) so I went to grab it and was then told we couldn't use it if we were from different households. I explained we were all together just checking out separately. And she said it wasnt her decision. Even though she made the decision not to allow us to use it. She called manager who backed her up even when I again explained we were all one group. The checkout woman kept saying "that's not what you said before" and when I asked what she meant she wouldn't say. Just nodded at my elderly father. Gobsmacked at the terrible service and being treated like we were scammers.

   Good supermarket but who designed it and gave it only two badly ventilated loos? Time for a rethink. You could do better for your customers in that respect…

   Woman at customer service till (name starting with S) was very uptight and decided to have a starring contest with me to show me how sad she actually was. All i needed was to switch one meal for another as i paid for two meals for my husband and myself, and I accidentally picked up 1 prawn 1 chicken meal instead of 2 chicken meals. I needed to explain in 3 different ways to that woman what i wanted up to the point i thought she can’t be serious. On my way back with the meal, she was determined to freeze me with her death ‘Karen’ stare but she didn’t really know i have eastern european training in it. We were so glad to leave after 10 uncomfortable minutes being around her. Someone should tell her that if customer service is not for her, which clearly isn’t, she should do something else to find some sort of enjoyment in life because driving customers away shouldn’t be on anyone’s bucket list. I gave it two stars because other employees were helpful.

   Tesco in general has become very expensive but this store is often empty of the products I prefer, especially during the summer and other holiday periods which for some reason they never seem to allow enough extra stocking for. Also the staff monitoring the self check are a bit hit and miss, some are great and helpful but some some are consistently impolite, sluggish and seem to begrudge every step towards your till.

   My sister, who has a 3 month old baby, was ordered to return an item to the aisle (that she no longer wanted) whilst paying at the checkout. Humiliating, rude, passive aggressive and upsetting. Totally unacceptable.

   Adequate Tesco Superstore but it was small compared to newer stores these days. It had everything we needed but wasn't a particularly pleasant place to shop.

   Great shop, they have almost all you need (food). Some staff was not very friendly (or polite), but this happens sometimes anywhere, we know that they are humans too, anyone can have a bad day.

   Not a very well stocked, was going to do a bigger shop, but as said there wasnt much on the shelves at 11.00am on a Saturday morning. White crusty rolls on the bakery counter looked as though they hadn't been in the oven, no colour on them, no white finger rolls on the shelf. Deli counter, cooked meats, poor selection (and not a lot of it) all looked really dried up. I'm sure the staff are nice, but I came here to shop, not chat...... Shop needs a revamp, and decent stock control....
