   Ordered a mixed kebab chicken and doner. The worst kebab I have ever had. The doner was rock soild, probably cooked a few days ago, and they have just either recooked in oven or reheated in microwave. Chicken was awful too barerly any there and was also rock solid. This place should be closed down

   0* very unprofessional don’t no why there is not 0star only 1star which they don’t deserve . Do not recommend them .. called up as was having problems ordering online( Wi-Fi problems ) so placed order on phone and asked for delivery and I pay cash, man on phone was not pleasant talking to other people while I on phone made me wait no manners what so ever , I asked a question about the prices online compared to the price he had give me on the phone as they were different prices for my order and said order online if u want to and put the phone down on me did not place my orderi was nothing but kind and polite and his tone was very rude also. I asked someone on my behalf to order online as I was having Wi-Fi trouble and they took her money and declined the order and he had told me on the phone they were open till 2am and order was placed at 10pm . :( :( AVOID no one should be treated this way

   This has to be the worst takeaway in all of Bilston… ordered food at 12:38pm and it’s 16:17 they have not delivered the food nor cancelled the order. Their phones are ringing unanswered. TBH I wish there was an option of giving 0 stars. Even Karen’s is better at this rate. AVOID
