Good store lots of parking available. Good choice of basic products at reasonable prices. Helpful polite staff.
Very fresh vegetables and dairy products at a very competitive prices. Sufficiently wide parking. A lots of check out counters, no extra waiting even on weekends.
Saw 4 different rats running around the carpark when visiting tonight around 6pm on 14.08.25. Been using this store since it opened and never seen one before. Seriously needs pest control, very off putting.
I have visited Aldi supermarkets in Spain, Germany, and UK. All of them look exactly the same, which is ok, consistency is good, and all of them offer more or less the same products, regional variants aside. To be fair, this one in Plymouth is one of the cleanest and better organised I've seen in the UK.
Best grocery store in UK!☺️, must visit it. I did my first ever shopping from here. Recommended!

I had a bad experience from the staff today (24/03/2023). I was trying to pay money with my NFC mobile. Unfortunately, the bank app was not working, so it's denied. So the lady customer executive in the counter was saying "I have to put some money to my account to work". I feel it rude behaviour from that staff. I also feel that I was insulted. I ever had this type of behaviour from the ALDI staff.
Great selection of competitively priced food stuffs, fresh, chilled, frozen, canned, long life etc. Not bad queue wise and easy to park in the car park.
Great to have a store here with reasonable parking to start with. Inside the store is typical Aldi - a little tidier than some and that means finding what you want can be easier, although they didn't have everything I was after in stock it was only the current offer stuff which is always limited anyway so can't mark down for that. Highlight of the store is the staff and a shout out to the lady who was overseeing the self service checkouts.
Gone down hill alot lately. Price increases are at the point of profiteering and even when it's packed only 2 cash self service are open. Always plenty of card only self service though. Here's an idea, why not have them all be cash or card so we don't have to wait around? Won't do that though as it goes against the ' no cash society ' that's being pushed everywhere. Terrible place to shop.
