    I went to collect a parcel which was much bigger than I'd expected. The young man who served me was extremely helpful, strapping it to my shopping trolley so I could get it home. I want to say thank you to him for showing me such kindness.

    The cashier was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He completely ignored me while serving, with no effort to engage or even acknowledge my presence. Not a single 'please' or 'thank you' throughout the entire interaction.

    DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SHOP!! My dad had his wallet stolen in stonehouse and the thieves used his card to purchase £97 worth of items in this shop on union street. We were given the time and location where the cards were used by the bank. The police were involved and they requested CCTV of the time the card was used, however the manager ‘V’ refused to cooperate with the police after they requested it multiple times. I would question why they did not want to hand over the CCTV!!! Disgraceful behaviour and I will never set foot in this shop again!

    Usually a pretty fair shop though today an older member of staff was caught making fun of an autistic child, mirroring their body language and laughing, when the other member of staff noticed that we saw he told him something in a different language and the older member of staff sheepishly walked away into the backroom. Very disheartening considering we frequent this shop often and we've never seen this behaviour before.

    Hello! I tried to return a package for PLT today. (Evri courier) 01/11/2023 10.00 am Address 61 Union St, Stonehouse, Plymouth PL1 3LU. But the lady in the store refused to help me with the package. She just went about her business. There were no more customers in the store. I was alone! I asked her several times, but it did not help. Terrible service!

    I went into the shop to return an Amazon parcel. I was not sure what to do so I waited patiently till the man behind the counter finished with a customer. On asking if this was an Amazon parcel shop he just yelled at me to go to the end of the counter, I did so and again stood waiting. He blatantly ignored me and started serving the customer who was stood behind me at the till. I remarked it’s ok I have all day to which he replied you are only Amazon parcel I serve my customers first! Then the customer joined in saying he serves his customers first! Appalling customer service! Just wonder if I would have had the same response from him or the customer if I had been male!!!!!

    Better pack those returns even you are using Amazon's "pack-less" service. Staff can't really pack them for you!
