Me and my family came here and it was a pleasant experience. We entered and it was quite empty. We got seated quickly and and served fast. The food was great except we found the chips a bit salty so would recommend asking for less salt.

Attended on a weekday for nephew birthday 21/10 with family of 6 including children, arrived at 7ish, entered the restaurant and it took just under 10minutes for somebody to aknowledge us and sit us at a table in a near enough empty restaurant. Food ordered 1930hrs food arrived 2040hrs, again very long wait in an empty restaurant. Some meals arrived cold (chicken pasta and the mac and cheese dish) other dishes were good. Parking ended just after 2100hrs as only did 2hours thinking itβs a quiet night so should be enough and didnβt plan to stay late as we had children with us. only had 30minutes to eat which was fine .. but massive delay in bringing bill, had to go to till to encourage staff to take payment quickly so we could leave. Not the best experience at all compared to previous positive experiences.

Honestly, what a waste of money and time. We visited with our three children β the kids ate free, which was a nice bonus β but unfortunately thatβs where the positives ended. We ordered a sharing platter costing Β£40, which was ridiculously small for the price. We waited over an hour for our food, and the dishes came out at different times. Even the chef seemed to notice our frustration. The kidsβ milkshakes were tiny for the price, and even the children commented on how small their portions were β they left disappointed. In total, we spent over Β£100 and still left hungry, ending up at a dessert shop afterward. The staff spent most of their time standing around chatting instead of checking on customers. Overall, it was a terrible evening based on food quality, portion sizes, and service. We wonβt be coming back.

Really enjoy the food here - especially the ribs which my husband is especially fond of! Received great service from our waitress (the lovely Demi) and managed to take advantage of some brilliant offers while here. Highly recommended for a fun night out - especially if if it's your birthday! Download the app to collect loyalty points and get better value.

Absolutely amazing, yes itβs pricey but the staff went above and beyond for us! Shannon & Niamh C I think there names where - they where amazing! They made some amazing drinks, alcohol Oreo milkshake thing - was perfection! we sent back one burger as it was dry but that was no trouble for them, they apologised and got us a new fresh one which was amazing! These girls should be proud of themselves and the business should be proud to have them as apart of there Walsall team!

TGIs is a safe place for food... I don't find it overly spectacular neither is it somewhat underwhelming. It sits right in the middle for me. I do believe that over the years the quality of the food has deteriorated as things just don't taste as nice as they used to, but hey as you get older your pallets tend to change. I digress... I always generally go for a range of starters and sides as I never seem to enjoy the mains.. I had quite a range of things with everything just being OK. The service at TGIs is always great, had a helpful young girl who was polite and respectful. Even my June plum cocktail didn't taste as great as it used to.. I used to go to TGIs just for that cocktail but it just was not the same. I started off giving this review a 4 but I think I'm going to end it off with a 3. As I say its a nice place to go for a quick bite with family or friends.. oh and don't forget to pay for your parking... pay and display no validating.

The food was absolutely worth the expensive price tag, it was delicious. Only thing Iβll say is if you come here to drink, be prepared to spend a lot on money. Other then that, the place is great. Atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly.

I had a fun little date here. It was nice, the food was good. My only issue is that the music could get too loud and you can hear people screaming at the top of their voices just to have a conversation. Overall, itβs a great place to hang out.

Disappointing. Overpriced and underwhelming. Haven't been here for a few years so thought I'd give it another go. Definitely not worth going for food but the cocktails were decent. The only good thing about the evening was our host was very attentive.
