   Received order from JustEat today, food stone cold, burger missing from order, wrong drink in the bag too and when I finally got through to the restaurant to complain the woman was about as useful as a chocolate tea pot! What an absolute waste of almost £30! Disgusting! Bad customer service! Will be making sure we get refunded one way or another.... WON'T ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

   Love burger king but only for the offer on the app , I would not be paying £8 a meal but if u get the app you can redeem voucher codes that's the only reason I go burger king. Walsall saddlers center one is always a good one and space to sit and eat if u want. This is the only one I know to where u can actually pay cash. There always friendly and polite and u don't have to wait to long .

   Burger King was okay, the seating arrangement here wasn't the best but its understandable being only a store front in a shopping centre. The freestyle machine for drinks is a huge bonus, and the service was quick and fresh.

   Food was hot and chips salted just right. My Texas Long burger had been pre-cooked and stored so was a bit sloppy, but still tasted good. Don't pre-cook and store your burgers people. Fresh cooked is best or you'll get bad press. Nice staff and 9/10 for the service.

   Worst Burger King I've ever been to! Go back thinking it's going to get better but honestly it doesn't! The service there is appalling, always slow, the fries are cold by the time they get to you. The right ingredients are never on the burger. They almost ever have ice cream or milkshakes and when I request no tomato or pickle, guaranteed there always is! You ask to eat in and you still get your food in a bag to take out! The place needs a total refurb! Will not be eating here again until significant improvements are made!
