   Ordered off Uber for Delivery. Ordered 3 meals an extra fries and 2 sides. No fries and 1 complete meal missing. The fries which come as standard with a meal but to also miss a complete meal??? 1 star as I can't rate food I don't have.

   Almost £15 for yet another tray of cold food. I have yet to find a restaurant where they serve HOT food. Very disappointing as the burgers are tastier than its American rival but at least the food at the golden arches is always hot. Also BK has the worst fries out of all the fast food resaurants.

   I visited Burger King today 4/12/2025 12.10pm and was shocked by the appalling attitude of the front staff. The blonde girl especially (no name badge, unfortunately) was rude and dismissive, not just to me, but to every customer she interacted with. When I pointed out an error with my receipt, she shouted across the restaurant "well I've only got 1 order so it's got to be yours!" and pushed my food at me like it was an inconvenience. The food was cold even for a eat in order so couldn't even over look it being a okay meal when it was far from it! Would never visit this branch again!

   Popped in for a quick breakfast. Had a couple bacon and egg breakfast rolls with some hash brown , a soft drink (love the fact that they are refillable), an orange juice and a king jr meal for my little one. The rolls and the portion of hash browns were nice and hot. Staff is always friendly and attentive especially Carol.

   I had a generally positive experience at Burger King Willenhall. The food was freshly cooked, and the dining area was clean and free from crowds during my visit. The toilets were also clean. My order was prepared correctly without any mistakes. However, the car park could be improved. It might benefit from being larger, and the parking lines could use repainting for better organization. The bins were emptied and in place, which was good to see. I believe adding a large sign on the side of Big Black Country Road could help make the location more visible to passing drivers. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would visit again.

   ordered via Just eat, order accepted and delivery time allocated of 7.15pm. Driver was waiting for order on app for over an hour tried calling straight to voice mail app updated with new delivery time of 8.30pm and then at 8.30pm had notification that order was cancelled. No phone calls, no apologies no nothing!! Absolutely terrible service having to wait 2 hours to then order cancelled with no explanation.. An apology or explanation would have been appreciated considering your a world wide company but with lows standards of customer service!!

   Food wasn't warm enough despite waiting 20 minutes for it and hardly any fries in the bags. No soft drinks. Couldn't order kids meals through the app so had to do those on a separate order. Won't be returning to this store. The last few times we've been there has always been something wrong or missing. Tables not kept very clean. Can't blame the staff as there are hardly any in there. The ones who are there are run off their feet.

   Food was great. So was the service. Took a star away because the Coke machines are horrible at this location. These types of machines are normally great. But at this restaurant, the Fanta came out with a strange film on the top of it. And the Coke zero was FLAT! Great food. But if eating in, bring your own drink.

   Absolutely shocking service from the team! Missing chicken fries and they instead gave us chili bites and the chicken nuggets were also missing. Found out when we drove all the way home. Went back to only get attitude from the manager who refused to give us chicken fries unless we drove all the way home and bring the chili bites back. We had to purchase the chicken nuggets which we paid double for. Absolutely useless staff and to top it off we couldn't even say our order without being interrupted every 5 seconds with "would you like this or that or desserts, or 25 fries for 40p" like no, we just want to order for god's sake

   Just off the Black Country route and ideal place to sip for a quick bite to eat. Be careful of the ramp as you enter the retail park. Anything over 5 MPH there's a good chance of ripping off your sump and saying goodbye to your engine! Plenty of car park space available. Wasn't that busy around lunchtime today. Don't forget it's whopper Wednesday on a erm Wednesday. Download the app and grab yourself a bargain with the offers. Also keep your receipt as you can get a free whopper if you fill in the survey. Plenty of space to eat and drink inside. Hand sanitiser on entry ( didn't see anyone use it ) staff wore masks which was nice to see but the young lady behind the counter must have been having a nightmare day as my payment went through. Then didn't then did. Food is usual Burger King and at £1.99 ( whopper Wednesday ) the whopper is enough to fill you up cheaply.
