   Internet sales isn’t for this business. Zero communication regarding order. Waited a week. Emailed them no response within 24 hours. I had to ring them to see what the update was on my order. Then told a different day. It still didn’t arrive. Still zero communication or any form of updates. It’s almost 2 weeks now and still waiting. Do your online orders elsewhere. “Smoke king” arrives in 2 days.

   I bought a box of cigars and on opening one was badly split. I have tried to contact by phone and email. No response at all. The customer service is non existent. All I wanted was the damaged one replaced. I doubt if anyone will follow this up either. Very poor.

   Great place for tobacco whether it is pipe tobacco, cigarettes, or chewing tobacco(pouches). The gentleman who was at the counter was very knowledgeable about all things tobacco and they have some beautiful pipes there. If you are in need of tobacco, definitely go here!
