    Just purchased a defective item from the store (it wouldn't charge). After returning to the shop with the device (30 minutes later) which was confirmed to be broken, I was told I wouldn't be receiving a refund or a replacement. They told me it's the manufacturer's problem and to send it away to them, which will take a long time and isn't free. Complete lack of responsibility.
