Carmel was a great help to me here. I bought two things and even though the shop had no scissors, she improvised and managed to cut the wrapping paper and beautifully wrap two gists for me. Thanks very much!
We were the last flight of the night so it was very empty but a lovely lady was stocking shelves and didn't have to come over and offer help. She helped my sister and I pick out some perfume for my mum and then organised our purchases into groups to help us get the best deals. She was fantastic. Thank you for your help.
Rude staff - they firmly tell you to book at your table via the QR code and then the thing doesn’t work. Had to go back to the bar full of 12 year old staff for them to not understand what a pint of blackcurrant and soda was - they then messed my food up - incompetent!
A waste of space which means at busy times not enough seats while waiting for plane.
My family and I traveled through the duty free at this airport and I have to say we were greeted by the most friendliest people ever, Her name is Beverly and she was extremely helpful in the duty free shopping area. She went out of her way to be helpful I would just like to say a huge thank you Beverly.
It's duty free but don't expect much if anything in the way of savings! Not like the old days where sizeable savings could be made, save a few quid on a 1ltr bottle of spirits on average, you'll get better saving at the supermarket when they have an offer on! Otherwise very clean and well presented stock.
Very disappointed by range of duty free items, compared to other airports.
