   I contacted Steve at Gallery Kitchens regarding a problem I had with a Homebase kitchen. Although I didn't purchase the kitchen from them, Steve was very helpful and even followed up with me by providing contacts who could assist. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. My recommendation: avoid Homebase and visit Gallery Kitchens instead!

   We cannot recommend 'The Gallery' highly enough for kitchen installation.  They operate an open and honest business providing supply, project management, design and fitting services. They do not use high pressure sales techniques but support you in the right direction for your requirements.  We had been putting off buying a new kitchen as we thought it would be so stressful, but Michael and Jonathan took all of that stress away.  The quality products were installed by Matt who is just the most amazing fitter.  The rest of the team included a plumber, an electrician, a plasterer and flooring installer.  Each was excellent and project managed by The Gallery.  It took 3 weeks from start to finish and we didn't feel inconvenienced for long. We thank our lucky stars every day that we chose The Gallery for our kitchen.

   Terrible service. Made an appointment, guy never turned up or called to apologise, i called to ask why and gave him a second chance. He came, measured up and said he would be in touch in a few days, over a week later i rang to see why we had no contact, the lady said she would find out and call me back the following day with an update, she never did. I called many weeks later to ask for an explanation why no one had called me, spoke to a different person who admitted this was not an acceptable practice and would find out what the problem was and get back to me. It's now several days later and guess what, no one has called to explain !!

They project manage the whole thing so no stress at our end. Likewise, when installing, the team were clean and considerate so mess was contained. I'd use them again on other projects.
