   Ordered some worktops supply only, the price was competitive and being a local company I was keen to purchase from them rather than online. There was an issue with delivery as the supplier sent one length damaged, twice. Communication was poor. We had a joiner booked and had to collect the worktop ourselves directly from the supplier. I had to hire a van to do this. Problems with delivery happen, but the way we were spoken to afterwards when we questioned it was rude and patronising. No good will offer from impressions; all we got was demand for final payment, a sarcastic 'sorry', and my wife being told that they wanted to speak to her husband, me. At a time when supporting local businesses is important, you'd have thought they would treat customers as equally as important. The worktops themselves are excellent just a shame the experience was not.

   So far so good.... initial chat at the showroom. Richard came out and took really in depth measurements of our room, asked what we want and need and even took the TV size down too. Hes busy drawing up plans for us to look at.

   Impressions were very good at interpreting my brief and producing a plan that exceeded my expectations. I found all of the workman to be very good, always turning up when they said they would and delivering to a high standard. I am really pleased with the fitted cupboards and wardrobe and the decorating was excellent. I would definitely recommend them and use them again
