We used this showroom and their designer Stephen Scarr was fantastic. We went in with a rough design of what we wanted, was greeted by a cheerful and helpful showroom host who let us wander to find what we were interested in. She was attentive enough as to not pester us but when ready, she helped us book a home visit. Steve came round late one evening as it worked for us with life and listened carefully to what we wanted and then used his knowledge to create a fab design. Then booked a showroom visit just before confirming delivery, also creating a very detailed installation guide for our own fitting team. He was also efficient in replying to calls/emails. Aftersales also fantastic. Any small damages, the store were helpful to speak with and guide us through how to order replacements on the app. Then the arrangement of delivery for these were easy.

Very disappointed with the service at Wren Kitchens Nottingham. We were misinformed about delivery options and then treated rudely by the showroom manager when we tried to resolve the issue. We ended up cancelling our order; if this is how they treat customers before delivery, I wouldn’t want to find out what happens afterwards.

Created some initial ideas and visited the Nottingham branch to see Kash. He was very helpful and honest through our design phase and listened to our ideas and concerns. The final design was ideal for our family home with well selected appliances meeting our needs / price range and the payment plan was the final tick box to go with wren. Slightly disappointed with the fitter offered and choose to go with our own who gave great service and saved a little on the price. Kitchen delivery team were helpful and the overall finish is fantastic The kitchen is now the heart of our home.

We shopped around extensively before settling on Wren and could not be happier with our choice. Our designer Luke was fantastic start to finish. He was really understanding in helping us manage our budget with no hard sell to have everything from Wren, more than happy to allow us to source our own things. In the end we only decided to choose taps and drawer handles with everything else being supplier by Wren. Luke always seemed to be available whenever we needed to discuss anything, like our own little kitchen genie. While we have not yet had the kitchen fitted, I have to say from a design point of view the experience has been flawless. The in laws have already booked an appointment based on our experience. While all staff in the Mansfield branch seem lovely if your designer is Luke you will be in very safe hands. Can't wait to have the kitchen fitted in a few weeks when I'll post another review of the install.

We bought a kitchen there earlier in the year. It's a fantastic experience at Nottingham. The designers are incredibly friendly and helpful, it feels like one big team that are on hand to help and make you feel welcome. Everyone is busy, but nothing is too much trouble. It's quieter during the week days with less staff in due to their rotation days off but all the designers are in over the weekend when it's at its busiest. Fun, happy, helpful and fantastic designs. Non pressure sales too. Refreshing.

Where do I even begin? Awful , amateur, appalling service from start to finish. We were promised a professional service completed in 3 days. What we got was a 12 week nightmare!! Poor workmanship, delays in product, fitters not turning up, had to source our own electrician ( we had paid for their service ). Over a week of wasted days off work, over 30 phone calls, various emails, damaged products, passed from pillar to post, items that had rodent teeth marks , house full of products throughout 12 weeks and complete and utter chaos with poor or no communication. Please, please don't use these people , they made cowboy builders look respectable.

Very disappointed with the quality of the kitchen, units arrived damaged, shelves had chips in, decorative panels had the veneer peeling off or chipped. Over and hour wait to call customer service, contacted them via the app as advised on the recorded message to report faults and still waiting for a reply 1 week later (it says within 2 days!). No support once you have paid for your kitchen and very difficult to contact anyone at wren for assistance.

Our Wren kitchen is beautiful now its in, but their customer service and willingness to actually help us, once the money was in their hands, was poor. Very poor. Once they've been paid they're not interested any more, but up to that point they are OK. Price was fair, no complaints there. If use then again, but I'd be very, very careful with them, and I'll take whatever option I can to pay latest possible moment so they keep interested.

First class service from start to finish. We went to several different places before settling on Wren. The main reason was down to the range of colours and finishes available; it is second to none. This kitchen comprises Infinity Plus Matt Cashmere shaker doors with Autograph Elements Ocean Cypress; all appliances are Zanussi. The showroom staff were friendly, professional, offered advice where needed and nothing was too much trouble. After coming up with the first draft we had a dissenter in the family, so I returned and redesigned everything again. They were more than happy to oblige and didn't even bat an eyelid. We placed the order on our third visit. The kitchen was delivered quickly and on time. We realised that a couple of items were missing once everything was unpacked, so I rang customer services. Both missing items were delivered a couple of days later with absolutely no quibbling. A professional joiner from the local area fitted it for us. He was so impressed with the sheer quality of the units and the fittings that he plans to refurbish his own kitchen using Wren products. He commented frequently on how good everything was. This kitchen was fitted at my dad's house. The end result is fabulous; since the pictures we have finished it off with a bit of tiling and a couple of turquoise bar stools at the island. When my own finances allow, I will definitely be going to Wren for my kitchen. Although we were told that they were on the expensive side, we found the prices to be not too much more than other quotes and we had selected the top range units plus some of the more expensive Autograph Elements features. The range and choice made paying that little bit extra completely worth it. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Wren Kitchens to everyone. They were brilliant from start to finish.
