   I came to Palmers for a complete overhaul of two bathrooms, my kids bathroom and my ensuite. I had a few ideas however it was Lewis who was absolutely brilliant in bringing those ideas to life, came up with solutions quickly and his 3d images were amazing. John who project managed the whole thing and was at my house almost daily to check all was ok and make sure I was happy, and at the end ensuring he went around making sure everything was in perfect working order. And finally the family dream team of fitters/plumbers, James, Harry and Ben Tranter. Absolutely brilliant, perfectionists, clean, left things spotless, and happy to come over even on a Sunday because I had a tap issue (not their fault) would use them all again, my bathrooms are absolutely stunning guys . Thank you so much Palmers and the Tranter team! 10/10 x

   We are so thrilled with our new bathroom! Harry who fitted the bathroom has outstanding workmanship and he is second to none. Cameron the electrician had a lot of work to do but did a superb job to find a solution in a complex situation to connect our electric shower. Both were very friendly yet professional. It is the first job I have had done where I haven’t had to get a work an back again to rectify anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

   Our designer was great at producing an illustration of how our bathroom would look based on the ideas we supplied. Her final design was perfect and we were thrilled at how it would look. John the Installations manager was excellent. He stayed in regular contact with us by phone as well as several visits to us during the installation to make sure we were happy with how everything was going. He was extremely polite and courteous and always made us feel reassured. Our fitter, Harry was amazing! So friendly and his work and attention to detail was immaculate. We are delighted with our new bathroom.

   I recently had a new bathroom installed by Palmers and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. They were able to give me a design and full quote within five days of first ringing them. Everyone I spoke with in the showroom and installations team was helpful and friendly. The fitting by Jon was excellent, he really knew what he was doing and he checked with me whenever there was a decision to be made, however small. There were a couple of issues that cropped up, e.g. due to the structure of our house and location of pipes, and John from the installations team was round to help sort them out straight away. I was really impressed with this in particular - John's role as project manager/trouble-shooter is so valuable. I am left with the impression that Palmers really care about their work and want every bathroom they install to look fabulous. And it does - I couldn't be more pleased with it.

   I’m not normally given to writing reviews but having just had two bathrooms supplied and installed by Palmers, I felt it important to express my total satisfaction. From start to finish Palmers showed great respect to my wife and I and especially the care they took whilst the installations were carried out in our home. Our new bathrooms look amazing and We have no hesitation in recommending this family run business.

   Well we've had our kitchen project completed by Palmers, and we thought they would be too expensive for us, don't let their superb showroom make you think they will be too expensive. From the moment we walked into the showroom and we were greeted by Diane, who made us feel so at ease, explaining how the process would work, starting with a designer who would come out at a time to suit us, and go through what "we" wanted not what "he" wanted us to have, and that is exactly what Lewis did, he "listened" to us, and then came up with a fantastic visual of what the end product would look like, and it did!!! The finished article which included having a wall between our existing kitchen and dining room removed, all the electrics, plumbing, plastering etc all coordinated by Palmer's, the only thing we had to sort ourselves was the decorating. The fitter liaised with their installation office and especially the electrician, in a seamless fashion, the only thing we didn't budget for was the amount of tea, coffee and biscuits consumed!! All our friends have said wow on walking into the new space. Just to finish by saying again, don't be put off by their fantastic showroom.....Thanks PALMERS!!

   Palmer's of Trent Bridge have now completed three projects for us over the last three years---a bathroom, a large kitchen and a newly-built shower room. We are so pleased with the finished result of all three rooms. At each stage of the work, from initial designs to completeion, we always felt 100% involved and respected. The quality of the products is excellent as is the expertise of each member of the team who all worked with care and professionalism. Our house has been wonderfully transformed!!! THANK YOU

   In December 2020 we asked Palmers to draw us up a design for a new bathroom after being let down by a local builder. The designer put together a design we loved right from the word go and did his best to work within our budget. At no stage did we feel pressured into buying and we were able to view the showroom by appointment. Throughout the process they answered questions quickly and it was an easy decision to go ahead and work with them. The bathroom was fitted in March 2021 and we are stunned by the results. The fitters repaired some rotting joist at no extra cost and were very friendly, approachable, professional and knowledgable. They left the room (and upstairs) clean and tidy at the end of every day. We are having a lot of work done on our home at the moment and working with Palmers has been by far the easiest and least stressful part of our project. I wholeheartedly recommend them. I have included some before and after photos to this review.
