   Initial experience was good, sales lady was helpful and on the face of it goods being sold seemed good quality. I spent £2650 on 4 scroll back dining chairs, a superking ottoman bed, headboard and mattress. Delivery & install was I understand by the owner and his assistant with the owner being derogatory from the start. I quote 'someone like me wouldn't have a a superking bed before and my sleep experience would be good' I've had nothing smaller than a superking for 18 years. Within days a dining chair required replacing which was done. 3 out of the four chairs have now structurally failed despite being looked after well. The main safety feature of an ottoman bed are the pistons that stop it closing on you whist you are leaning in. 3 out of four have failed making it a safety risk that requires 2 people to get into. The scissor hinges bolt to the structure and the structure is not adequate to take the loads meaning the fixing work loose and cannot be tightened up due to the poor frame structure. The mattress was comfortable and seemed substantial but after 14 months showed substantial uneven wear as the memory foam had lost its structure. In summary £2650 lasted 18 months which is the period of time you would expect cheap crap goods to last. I was assured by the owner that he would deal with any quality issues but this was not the case. Other than the replacement dining chair there has been a point blank refusal to deal with clear quality matters. The now gentleman serving in stall is unhelpful and obstructive. I urge you to be careful and not to fall for either the sales patter perceived quality of goods and service, once they have your money this disappears. I try to make the effort to spend with local businesses but in the case regret it. Go to a store that can back up it's promises with action. You should be ashamed Mr Cline.
