   I can thoroughly recommend TecraClean. James spent a day at our house cleaning the sofas and carpets and did a thorough, professional job. He has a detailed knowledge of the best chemical treatments to deal with pet hair and stains. Well worth the reasonable fee.

   We used James' service to spruce our house up prior to sale. He was excellent throughout the process, explaining what he could do and what we'd need to get ready. We didn't want to empty rooms out and James worked around that, focusing on the visible areas that needed cleaning rather than doing the entire carpet for the sake of it. Some areas that we thought were beyond hope have now been given a new lease of life. Overall an excellent service and very good value. I am happy to recommend James.

   I was absolutely delighted with the service provided by Tecra Clean today. James was polite, professional and at all times careful to observe social distancing and Covid safety guidelines. James began by checking the carpets and surveying what needed to be carried out. He vaccumed and cleaned our bedroom carpet first with a product called M Power. He felt the carpet needed a more thorough clean after this so then used a product called SPM. I can definitely attest to the dirt that came from the carpet. Despite the extra time needed to use the extra product, James was determined that the job would be completed to a high standard and did so, which we felt spoke volumes about his integrity in regards to the job. We had 3 rugs, all of which were checked, groomed and given a low moisture clean, before being dried with the blower. James tested and established our hall and landing carpet had a high wool content. He double checked the best way to proceed with the clean before beginning. I was extremely happy with the results produced by James at TecraClean, with the dedication to detail and the time and care given to the job. Friendly, professional and Covid safe. I would definitely recommend Tecra Clean to others, they will certainly be rebooked by ourselves in the future.
