It was my first time trying this place, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The staff were not welcoming, and when I asked for vegetarian options, I was told there were none at all. This is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Great spot for younger kids. Great team & good food.

Have been here multiple times and initially had a really good experience like many other reviewers stated but recently this place turned to be like any other commercial place. 1. The place expanded their number of tables and hence more people and more unsupervised kids where many of them in my personal opinion are too grown up for this place. As stated most parents do not supervise their kids which leads to multiple accidents and elder kids pushing smaller kids. 2. Staff is constantly trying to clean up things and it felt overly unnecessary, especially when you try enjoying your cuppa and the hoover goes under your table. 3. Have been standing in the line to get something in the buffet with 2-3 staff members being around and only 1 manager trying to manage people at the buffet and people who try to come in. And ofc people who want to enter for the play are being prioritised while me standing for over 10 minutes trying to get some sweets for the child, being ignored, and loosing the time to play. Again 3 girls in the kitchen probably not trained to take an order. 4. Several times while entering I was given less than 1.30 minutes time of play. Say, entered 12:35 the time is given u til 14:00. 5 minutes not a big problem for once but it happens to me a couple of times. I hope this place won’t become as commercial as others and the service will remain at high level as it was as it is really nice spot to visit. ——————————————- Thanks for responding to my review. My feedback was not intended as a complaint but as constructive criticism. However, if the business is unwilling to acknowledge areas for improvement, there’s not much more to be said. Referencing “grown-up children” was not about discrimination based on size but rather their behavior, which can pose a greater risk when sharing a space with toddlers. Many businesses, including shopping centers and soft play areas, have height restrictions or separate play zones for this exact reason—this is about safety, not discrimination. Additionally, my comment also referenced unsupervised children, which is a separate concern. Regarding staff constantly cleaning—I believe my feedback was misunderstood. It’s great that the business prioritizes cleanliness, but cleaning under a table while someone is seated is disruptive and unnecessary. As for my comment about other staff members, it was an assumption based on what I observed—staff standing at the back in the kitchen while the manager handled both lines alone. I have no doubt they are capable, but the situation suggested a lack of support in that moment. Regarding the limited time given, it’s simple math—I have no reason to exaggerate or lie about it. I appreciate you taking the time to respond, and I don’t believe in the idea that “the customer is always right.” Rather, it feels like the business is unwilling to acknowledge that there’s always room for improvement.

A lovely little play area, a bit overpriced on coffee and chips could do with improvement but all in all, really clean. Some staff I noticed being ordered to tidy up toys all the time. Felt it wasn't necessary when everytime they returned cars or put toys in boxes they where taken out again anyway. Let the parents deal with that. But really is a great spot.
