I placed an order for work to my kitchen to take place before Christmas as I wanted to use my new kitchen for cooking over the holiday period. Remembering that one person - the owner - had walked through my house and into my kitchen while wearing filthy boots in order to provide the quotation, I requested that the fitters either remove their shoes or use overshoe protectors. I even offered to provide the latter myself. The owner didn't want to comply with this very reasonable request and suddenly cancelled the whole job. I certainly cannot recommend a company which shows no respect whatsoever for other peoples homes and retaliates in such a spiteful manner.
