Products I bought were of good quality and did exactly what I needed. Delivery and communication were also very good.
Had an issue with wear and tear on a product purchased from this company a couple of years ago. Contacted Alex who was extremely helpful and got back to me quickly. He helped straight away giving advice and information through whatsapp. Obviously knows his products and was able to point me in the right direction within fifteen minutes of messaging back and forth.
Pulled out all the stops. My vac broke Wednesday afternoon, called onestop cleaning shop after 15:30 ordered, delivered 08:10 Thursday. Thank you. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I ordered a Sebo Dart 1 Vacuum cleaner from this company , i had my previous one for 15 years and decided to buy the same one again . The price from One Stop Cleaning Shop was VERY competitive, the cleaner arrived by DHL on next day delivery, in a BRAND NEW condition and works just as good as my last one !!!!! I can only recommend the product and service i received from this company .
Awful experience with this company, I bought a sebo dart 1 and after over a week of trying to sort the issue I received an email saying they will collect and look at the hoover to which I replied I would like a refund I have been able to use a brand new hoover on my thick pile carpet. I had had the hoover 2 days and I have to send it back at my expense even though the hoover doesn't do what it says it does...awful customer service
I have been using this company for over 25 years firstly to purchase or hire specialist cleaning equipment, during this period I also started to buy their cleaning products most of these products I still use to day in my home ( if you have a cleaning problem talk to them , they very probably have the solution on their shelf ) It's a shop where anyone can go you don't need to be a business owner and I would recommend them to anyone and have done many times. Nothing but an awful experience! Would rate them less than one stars if I could. If you like wasting your time or want a fight for a refund buy from these they won’t disappoint!!! Where do I start ! I ordered a carpet cleaner and other cleaning products from them In June, before I Ordered online I rang and spoke to a guy who seemed very helpful at the time, and asked what their delivery times was like obviously due to Covid-19 I thought there could be a delay, but the man ensured me that it wasn’t a problem and that it would be with me on the Monday - (this was the Friday ) ok great that worked well as I needed the cleaner for the Tuesday, so I went ahead and placed the order. That’s when it all started to go downhill! The order actually didn’t arrive till the Tuesday therefore I had to rearrange my clean ( I own a cleaning company) I used the carpet cleaner once and whilst using it loads of water was leaking from the back and it had one puff of smoke come from it . So I instantly stopped using it. This was the Thursday so the next day I again rang the company and spoke to the same man when I ordered- well what a complete difference in a person! He was extremely rude to me and constantly kept talking over me - when I asked could I return this and either have a new one or my money back he avoided my question and kept saying well that depends if you’ve damaged it or not ! And was the water coming from the brushes where it’s meant to come from ! Also went onto say this sounds like a very serious problem so sounds like it’s been damaged! He then said that he would arrange for it to be collected and he would have a look at it - then that’s where it all becomes an absolute nightmare!!! Literally several days off work - several no shows from DHL who they say are collecting! And several phones calls to one stop cleaning shop ! They just constantly lie to get you off the phone ! Make excuses about the delivery company, saying they have no control over the pick ups ! Book days that haven’t been agreed with you and every other day I’d receive a text message from DHL to say they were collecting but all with NO SHOWS ! Honestly the WORST experience every ! So I in the end had to pay for another company to collect from me and send it back myself! Which cost £52! The man whom I spoke with was a director called Tony ! Who really is very lucky he has any customers the way he speaks to you ! And the other director is his sister who still hasn’t responded back to me! I eventually today received my refund bar £11 which I have to again call back for as it couldn’t be done in one payment- ! but to get my refund was a very long and drawn out process! And I had to definitely fight for it ! I’d avoid this company if you want a straightforward order!
