   Visited the store last Wednesday to try and find a suitable chair for my husband who has alzheimers disease. Gillian was brilliant and so patient with us. The whole experience was very positive.    Took my Mother in law to view a recliner chair. Easy parking outside & friendly welcome inside. Very polite gentleman quickly ascertained the best choices for her, fully explained the controls & features & gave us ample time to choose fabrics etc with tea & biscuits. The chair arrived well within the scheduled time scale by two very nice men & her old chair taken away. The chair is sooo comfy & M-I-L absolutely lives it. Only regret us not doing it sooner!    What a fabulous place. Came to have a look at some riser chairs for my mother and received brilliant service from Shonagh & Gillian. They showed us all relevant chairs, fabrics, options & aftercare in a very professional, unhurried manner. They were really friendly and I've now arranged a home visit at my mother's with a view to buying a riser recliner from them. Many thanks !!

   Parking straight outside. All on one level. Staff very knowledgeable. So many possibilities in ranges of chairs and suites. Love the different sizing of chairs ideal for different sizes. Tea and coffee offered. Took catalogue home and still debating on which one and which covering but definitely twin motored recliners will be coming from HSL.

   Went to buy a new chair for a family member. Maria was lovely, not pushy or too much. She gave us information then left us to consider things. I usually really dislike shopping for these items, but I found this quite easy. They staff offered us drinks which was lovely. The prices could be better displayed, but you only get what you pay for and it does seem good quality.

   Staff were very helpful and their products were very comfortable to sit on. They had an extensive range of fabrics to choose from. I found the furniture I was seeking and have placed an order. Prices are quite high but the guarantees are good. The build quality is excellent and if my sofa and chair last for ten years or more I will be happy. I have marked down one star because the showroom was being refurbished when I visited. When back to normal I expect the customer experience will be even better.
