   After receiving a shocking and stressful experience from another store in Nottingham, what a great relief and pleasure it was to find Frank Knighton. Firstly Alan at Castle Boulevard then Mabel at Ilkeston were absolutely fantastic in understanding our situation and helped us immensely choosing another sofa. They put our mind at ease and even loaned us a sofa whilst we waited for delivery as part of the service. Nick, Richard and the delivery team completed a perfect end to end experience and we now have a wonderful new sofa. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

   Visited the showroom a few weeks back and was amazed at the size of the place. So many sofas to choose from. Fantastic staff, that dont pounce on you and follow you round. Give you time and space to look without feeling pressured. Mick was fantastic to deal with, very knowledgeable and very friendly. After we'd made a decision on a suite, Mick kept in touch whilst I panicked about sizes and measurements and he made sure that I was 100% happy before he put the final order through. We ended up having some of the sofa custom fit and nothing was too much trouble. I even asked for a swatch of the material we had opted for, and it arrived at my house the following day. We were told between 8 and 10 weeks for delivery, but here I am 5 and a half weeks later, sitting on the new suite that was delivered today! The delivery guys were absolutely fantastic (sorry I dont remember their names) and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They came in and built the sofa, attached all feet and brackets and made sure I was happy before they left. They tidied up after themselves, told me what to do if we had any issues and were just genuinely lovely guys. I would 100% recommend Frank Knightons and would not hesitate to return. Thanks so much, I am one very happy customer!

   What a fantastic family business and a huge thank you for my beautiful new suite. Frank Knighton’s has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The young lady in the Ilkeston showroom deserves a special mention, as she was friendly and helpful, while she took us through the various options they offer and she was very patient with us while we dithered about choosing! The delivery team were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend using this company and we won’t go anywhere else!

   Just took delivery of my bespoke corner group and wanted to say a massive thank you to the Frank Knighton team. The young lady in the Ilkeston showroom was friendly and patient with us (we visited 4 times!) and she went into great detail with the various options they offer and we ended up picking a style and they made it to our exact size. Special thanks to the delivery lads, they were polite and careful with the delivery and took great pride in setting everything up and taking pictures. Highly recommend this family business, great customer service and friendly staff and if you can't find what you are looking for, they can pretty much make anything! Thank you again.

   What a great family firm to deal with Just taken delivery of our two sofas, we couldn’t be more pleased with what we’ve received. Mable at Ilkeston was extremely helpful … and patient with our decision making, as we were back and forth many times . Florence arranged for us to see the finished sofas before delivery to make sure we were happy with them. Nick and his colleague who delivered the sofas this morning were informative about care of the sofas. All involved were friendly and helpful. The sofas are just what we wanted and in some ways exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t recommend them and this firm enough. Thank you .

   Can I just say how delighted I am with my new sofas. I would also like to praise all your staff for such wonderful customer care. Right from the start at the sales room, to the viewing and then delivery. Every single person was so polite, listened to the Pacific details I needed within my sofas, made sure I was 100% happy at my viewing, nothing was to much trouble. Then last but not least the delivery guys were respectful of my property, made sure I was happy with placement of the sofas, explained how to use the controls for the recliner, made sure I was happy with them and went in to tell me not to hesitate to phone the company if I had any problems or concerns. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service all the way thank you all Mrs Noble

   Got an excellent deal on a Parker Knoll suite no sales pressure, a friendly welcome from Mick and a free coffee and left to browse in the large showroom. Having confirmed the suite we wanted was super comfortable and what we wanted we settled up and even able to arrange disposal of our old sofa the delivery was free and I can't praise highly enough the polite professional service of the delivery men, I have no hesitation in recommending Frank Knighton Suite Company the service was excellent.
