The workplace barrier has been nothing but a headache. It breaks constantly, even under normal use, and feels flimsy from the start. We’ve had to repair or replace it more times than I can count, which completely defeats the purpose of having a “protective” barrier in the first place. Under half a year of dealing with constant failures, it’s officially going in the bin. Instead of providing safety and reliability, it’s become a recurring maintenance problem and a total waste of money. Overall, it’s just useless for any work environment that needs dependable equipment.

Do not buy anything from this company. Read other reviews, this is not just me. They are unprofessional, incompetent at what they supposedly do and then massively aggressive when you contact them about an issue. They sent an item of mine to the wrong address, insisting it was me who inputted the incorrect address. Bare in mind, the address inputted was full including post code etc of a place I have never been to or even heard of the area and they refuse to give me a refund, new item or even have their courier pick the item back up and re-send it or refund me. An absolute terrible and intimidating company. STAY AWAY

I’m incredibly disappointed with the handling of my recent order. I purchased racking (via Amazon) on Saturday, June 7th, with a promised delivery on Monday, June 9th. I even received confirmation from DPD that my order would arrive that day. However, when the courier showed up, all they delivered was an envelope containing a note stating that my order would instead be delivered by FedEx—without any further details. I wasted an entire day waiting for what turned out to be a pointless delivery. No one bothered to inform me that the shipment had been transferred to a different courier. Instead of simply emailing me this update, someone thought it would be a good idea to send a physical letter, wasting both my time and the courier’s. To make matters worse, when I called customer service, I was told that the racking was too heavy for DPD, so they opted to send a note instead. How does that make any sense? A simple email or phone call could have prevented this entire mess. I’ve now been promised delivery tomorrow—let’s hope it’s my actual racking this time and not another useless piece of paper! Terrible communication and logistics handling.

The cabinet I ordered turned up dinged up, and honestly the most annoying assembly I’ve ever experienced. The reviews on the website for the extra wide cabinet are either fake or they have changed manufacturer. I’ve built it now and I can’t be bothered with a return, so I’ll just cover it in stickers and crack on with my life - I’m not attempting another one of those builds again anyway! I’m actually yempted to buy another one and film myself trying to put it together - it was comedy! Photos attached are after some panel beating.

Rubbish, the initial order was fine however upon delivery fixings were missing from ones in box. Asked for replacements which they sent to be fair but were not correct, sent them photos and advised I wanted the originals as the ones they sent did not work and holes already drilled. They sent another box of exactly the same fixings! I now have an angry customer and won’t be paid until sorted. I have again sent and said the same thing hoping to get the proper replacement. Won’t be using again.

Website would not take card payment, so spoke with a rep on the online chat. who said they would forward over a proforma invoice so I could pay by card. Nothing arrived so my third attempt ordering I called the phone number. Was told I could not pay by card as our site did not have a landline. Surely items are mainly used on construction sites therefore our site is not yet built & there isn't even electricity yet? No benefit in this rule and when asked was told it was company policy yet couldn't tell me why. Difficult website to use, rules that stop you spending money and bad customer service. Don't use!
