   I've never known a larger chain store have not enough staff that they require closing the store over the lunch time period. We sat in the car and saw so many people try to go in. Even a delivery driver with so many parcels couldn't attend, so he ended up leaving without delivering them through no fault of his own.

   Car park is in a really shocking condition full of deep potholes (I believe it damaged my car suspension). Only take two yodel parcels when other places don't have a limit. Complete madness in the day and age of ebay. Pointless rules for the sake of rules. Rude staff. Avoid!

   The team in here are always so cheerful and competant, having somebody on the till at all times, makes a huge difference to the competitor who often are too busy to serve you, then appear begrudgingly. This is a proper little convenience store, doesn't sell everything but you get to know what it does. Well done team !

   Expensive and some of the staff are extremely rude. One member of staff in particular acts as though every customer is an inconvenience. One time they said they couldn’t serve me and told me to come back later as they were busy putting out newspapers. Avoid. The Tesco right next door is cheaper. If you want to post parcels it’s not worth the rude attitude like you’re an inconvenience. Conveniently , their system for this is always offline anyway. There is a better place to do that in Plympton that won’t treat you with disdain. The worst shop in Ivy.

   Don’t bother if you’re looking to post parcels. Went in there yesterday at 9:10am, was told “nah, not today. Maybe tomorrow.” By the most rudest, incompetent staff member I’ve ever seen in my life. It was one parcel, and they just couldn’t be bothered. I would never use this shop, this isn’t the first time this has happened either. You really need to take yodel off your services. Waste of time and energy. Don’t waste your fuel and go somewhere else.
