   The lady that’s there most of the time is beyond rude. Despite this being my closest yodel drop off by a considerable distance, I refuse to go because interacting with her is awful every time.

   The 3 rude reviewers need a drastic wake up call!! The lady is magnificent! As a courier I know for fact 75% of all parcel shops in Plymouth will see you walk in a building and tell you to leave. I deliver 100s of parcels to this shop a week. The lady is a gem. Fodder Valley petrol only takes 20 parcels a day from everyone. Post office counters refuse anything over 10kgs. The faults are not primarily the shop. There are difficult couriers. Amazon is NOT the go-to of righteousness. They are sloppy rookies on average. The shop is not just parcels. It is a shop. A suggestion you're jilted at the time of checkout needs to be pointed out at the checkout. You can't place hear-say evidence and libel a company with a single brush in a public forum. I've been taken at the checkout all over the world, but I count my change and monitor transactions, it doesn't happen there. Mistakes are made but I return the next day to be given a receipts or change. Trust this shop.

   Would not accept a package from local courier that I had arranged for it to be delivered too. Where does it specify you have to pre book with them beforehand!!

   DO NOT USE!!!! Poor staff, extremely rude and threatening. Especially the owner! Also even Threatened to throw parcel in the bin that was already paid for!!! Don’t use! I WILL be making sure people know how disgusting these people treat costumers.
