   The hospital itself is ok if I could get to a parking slot after 25min after my appointment time. Rang the department to try and explain what's going on. But nobody answered the phone, so had wasted a early morning trip to drive one hour to find it was impossible to park. All I got was staff only and could not find the disabled parking as it was not clearly signed. I don't think I be coming back. Rather stayed at home than waste time!

   I got in a little early as I was nervous for the MRI, the team were super helpful, made me feel calm about it and spoke to me about the process that they have (concerned because all of the ones in leicester have been a bit rough) I got in the MRI, it was lovely and clean they let me listen to the radio through their headphones which made the experience so much better. I could see out of the MRI machine because they had mirrors on the bit in front of me, which made you feel less like your trapped in a tunnel. Honestly Sam and the team were so wonderful bubbly and happy, made me feel at ease. Would recommend coming here if your nervous about MRI they are a lovely team. One comment being the chairs in reception are looking a bit rough but people seem to be in and out so fast it really doesn't matter because the team get to you very quickly with so much care!

   What a disgrace. My appointment was at 8.10am. The drug required to inject me prior to the scan arrived at approx 9.00am Drinks machine empty, water dispenser empty. No heating or lighting in the patient waiting room. I was lead for an hour on what can only be described as a wooden board. No emergency pull cord. This has got to be a breach of health and safety on so many levels.

   I'm sure many people don't like scans . I hate them . And Mark makes it possible , nothing is to much for him he has now got me through 4 scans in my eyes he's amazing and truly compassionate. A true star for inhealth. Doesn't laugh at me when I get my mint necklace out. A truly amazing member of your team... thank you Mark
