Excellent service , staff very caring. I have been here twice this year. The centre is very clean and hygienic and easy to get to. Parking is free and there are usually plenty of spaces so easy to park at.
Bright facilities and helpful staff. Possibly the biggest toilet room I've ever seen. Plenty of free parking.
Accompanied husband who was having a scan and watched in shocked amazement at the treatment by a receptionist to a chap who'd been booked in for an appointment in the pm by his GP surgery . Unfortunately it appeared the clinic had been cancelled but he hadn't been informed. Yes the receptionist apologised, but her whole attitude was shocking and myself and several other people in the waiting room thought she was handling the situation totally wrong. At one point she told the man to leave as he was being abusive! And earlier told him not to speak to her as she wouldn't stand abuse. At no point was this poor man being anything but polite. Frustrated yes, but you can't blame him for turning up to find the clinic was cancelled. All in the waiting room were utterly perplexed at how she was dealing with him. Power crazy springs to mind! I myself worked in the nhs up to retirement and would never, and have never, spoken to a patient in that manner. It was shocking to watch. I think further training wouldn't go amiss for this lady.
A very useful facility which as the name suggests provides diagnostic services including MRI, CT scans and echocardiograms. Free parking and no need to spend all day looking for a space. Staff were friendly and the buildings were very clean. The first group of buildings which look like mobile units are for CT and MRI scans there is a more permanent looking building that has a reception area where all the other services are undertaken. The only downside for me is it's well over an hour's drive away but that's Lincolnshire.
Excellent medical facility with a large car park Check in was easy and the staff a credit to the NHS,the doctors were great and put me at ease (white coat syndrome)No wait my appointment was on time,absolutely no complaints If you use maps to get here it will try to send you in through Moy Park chicken factory the real entrance being the next one but it is well signposted
