   I would highly recommended this company. We had Amol clean our carpets and sofas due to the previous occupant having a dog which left quite a strong dog odour. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely use their services in the future. Thank you Amol!

   ASR got back to me really quickly regarding my carpets after an early morning text. Cleaned them within a couple of days of enquiry. Although all the stains didn't come out due to the age and condition of the carpet and 10 years of dogs and teenagers (no one could have removed these stains) the whole upper of the house looked so much cleaner and fresher and ready for me to refurbish. Excellent communication throughout and very trustworthy (left in house on his own for duration of job). Would use again and would recommend.

   I recently had my carpets and rugs cleaned by Amol at ASR Cleaning, and I was suitably impressed with the service. We have just had our front and back gardens landscaped and despite having dust sheets there was dust all over the house and carpets. So I was looking for a service which could come very quickly and provide a very thorough job. Amol, , was very responsive to my initial inquiry, and clear in his questions so he could understand what we needed. More importantly he was very helpful by fitting me in on short notice. He arrived on time and was very professional in his manner and approach. He diligently cleaned my carpets and rugs and when he was finished, my carpets and rugs looked brand new. Amol is responsive, pleasant and communicative. He was careful not to damage any furniture, and he made sure to leave my home clean and tidy. I was particularly impressed with the fact that Amol was able to fit me in on short notice, and I was very happy with the results of the cleaning. I would highly recommend ASR Cleaning Service to anyone looking for a reliable and professional cleaning service in Gravesend. So much so my neighbour had a look a his work, and immediately took his details!
