   Used to love this shop. Always had decent bacon and stuff for breakfast. Went in today to find 3 sad packs of bacon, no other meat, but the shelves adorned with £8.99 noodles and £4.99 crisps (yes for just one large packet!!?) yet barely any bread. I questioned this and the very sweet girl behind the counter said it was imported so the price is higher. I mean, great if it gets sold, but not so fab for the rest of us that just want normally priced corner shop food. Lidl is only down the road, so easy to pop and buy sensibly priced items with a better range. Shame as it was such a handy shop.

   one of the staff was rude, didn’t catch her name, short, brown haired, fairly young, we were looking for food to buy (as it’s a shop) according to her we were “ in the shop for a long time, watching us in the cameras and are you actually going to buy anything?” in a rude manor. i work with customers every single day and couldn’t imagine talking to one of them like that

   Nice little convenience store, quite compact but rarely busy, presumably because of its location (tucked away in a lane just off Trevithick Road). Very friendly and helpful service.

   Very helpful and polite go there to get my dads weekly paper and a nice fresh pastie and always handy if you forget things on your main shop or in these times we are in don't fancy queuing for long periods of time .
