Using them for the first time, it was frustrating to have received the incorrect item. However, going into the store was worth the visit as I was attended to very kindly and professionally by both the receptionist and their rep. They gave me the correct item and compensated me thoughtfully which had me want to buy some more items from them that I wouldn’t of done if my initial frustrations were sidelined. Being conscientious of their customer service, along with a very healthy catalog of Unger and Moreman items has me recommending them
