Here's an idea co-op when I'm using the self checkout and it's not working properly and I click the help button how about actually coming and helping me instead of tapping your screen and ignoring me completely, must of pressed that button 5 time's and still I was ignored I even called one of your workers over yet still I was ignored ended up just leaving half my shopping behind I always have this same problem everytime I come in and the self checkouts aren't working. Not a happy customer

Normally a great place with great staff but occasionally let down by the odd one with a surly and unhelpful attitude. When I’m saying please and thank you I don’t expect to be addressed as “Oi’ or “fella”, followed by being ignored and a smug smirk. Surely it can’t be that difficult. Just a shame the hard work of most the staff is negated by the odd idiot.

rude ...uncalled for attitude. some of the staff need to learn how to talk to people... went in with my pup who is a tiny little thing carried her in my coat and had a staff member abruptly tell me to leave when my son was getting some food as we don't live in the area and my co op are fine with me brining the dog in aslong as I carry her so thought it was all the same ...but told to leave you dont bring dogs into food shops with her taking my arm and walking me to the door... really unimpressed someone couldn't kindly just ask me to wait outside with the dog.
