   There is a guy that’s always there when me and my boyfriend are there and he is so friendly and lovely! Don’t know his name but was on there. Great work ethic. We love the nachos, recliner chairs, popcorn just wish our cokes were a little bigger lol but we look forward to going to cinema about twice a month!

   Great movie house, plenty of screens. Disabled friendly. Seats are all recliners. The omnipass used to be great you for 1 free ticket to all movies and could sit anywhere which would have made this a 5 star review. Now omnipass gets you the very front row anything else is at an additional cost.

   Omniplex Cinema Carrickfergus offers a fantastic movie experience with its comfortable reclining seats and clean, well-maintained facilities. It’s an excellent spot for a family outing, providing a cozy and enjoyable atmosphere. The food options are also commendable, adding to the overall experience. A great place to relax and enjoy a movie!

   Great cinema with extremely friendly and helpful staff, who really seem to be cinema lovers themselves! Prices are high, but with Omnipass you can see every movie for just £10 making it incredibly good value. Events specifically for Omnipass holders are always great fun, making the monthly subscription go even further. More of these in the future would be brilliant. The recliner seats in every screen ensure that no matter which movie you choose, it'll be the same level of comfort. A random perk is that despite tickets being digital, staff have been incredibly accommodating with helping me get my tickets printed to keep for scrapbooking, which I think really highlights their friendliness and willingness to support loyal customers. There is always lots of free parking available. Remember to order your snacks at the screens, as it's no longer possible to pay at the tills - staff have been very apologetic about this, but it is the new system that Omniplex has in place.

   Attended Carrick Omniplex on 2nd January 2023. The cinema is very clean, the reclining seats extremely comfortable and the staff very friendly. I booked the tickets online which was quick and easy. Did not book any confectionery as we didn't know what we wanted. On arrival found the new ticket collection confusing, and had to queue 3 times to purchase cold popcorn and drinks.

   The cinema was fine clean ,tidy but can someone answer a question for me? Why do ladies go to the cinema in two's and three's and talk all the way through the movie. The only time they stop is to shovel great handfuls of popcorn in there mouths?

   Reclining chairs are extremely comfortable. I liked that there was a timer on screen counting down to start of trailers (the best bit). It is much more expensive than other local cinemas though (using the same show, time and date for comparison) . Located in an area accessible by public transport, it is next to several family friendly restaurants with good parking.
