Think has provided a wide range of property maintenance for us over many years, from half day handy-man tasks to clearance work and full external house painting and renovation. Whatever we need, they always seem to have someone that can help. And usually a consistent team which means we feel comfortable leaving them to it without having to stay home the whole time they're working.
Today I had your guys around to clear old insulation and fit new into my loft on behalf of Colchester City Council. I just wanted to say thank you for the very professional service experienced today. Your guys were absolutely brilliant, efficient, respectful and made a fantastic job of the installation, they cleaned up after finishing and you would barely know they had been here. Today too many people are quick to moan when things don't go so well but fail to acknowledge when things do and I'm a firm believer in positivity and appreciation when somebody does well. This company was good at maintaining our property but after covid they swapped the staff. The landscape guy dispears for upto two hours every time he visits does not maintain the grass or car park etc. At best he blows leaves around with a blower for 15 mins if lucky. The interior cleaner women are hard working and very thorough at cleaning. The new guy is useless sleeps in his van and literally does bare minimal lucky if he hoovers communal areas. IT'S A DISCRACE FOR £5000 A YEAR I would suggest avoiding as they do not care dispite us complain to land agents who are also not happy. Unless they up their game I will be battling along with other residents to get the contract renewed to another company.(update) since complaining and speaking to the owner the interior staff have picked up the standards and are doing a good job. However the external/grounds guy is worse now the attitude of his work ethics is appalling. He does not litter pick as on a few occasions now he just leaves it on ground that's when he actually bothers to attend the block. This is since the complaint was made this is not a good representation for the company as clients now have to maintain litter that's left on grounds. Before hiring consider the cost and what's offered. Also check the reviews as at least two are from people in the company to boost ratings.
