My experience was absolutely horrible, we struggled to pay as we were moving and wanted to have a professional clean, we had to move into a dirty carpet, they said my carpet was too dirty, and I have to pay again to get it done, do not even bother yourself to pay them, please

Replying the comment response from VaporClean prior. I see you are able to answer this almost immediately, but yet you choose to drag out the process with our letter's to the max 30 or 60 days (can't remember now). The key to this feedback is that you offered to return, however we couldn't accept you returning once they were in the property and this situation was taken advantage of by you. Instead, my mother had to spend days if not 2 weeks to clean the property, some of which were very easy to clean, like a sticky stain in the middle of a wooden floor!! And all this had to be prioritised over unpacking.
I was a customer (in case they say I wasn’t below). I had an expensive deep ‘covid’ house move clean for elderly parents, 85yo and 76yo (mid covid) father was major post-cancer op and highly vulnerable. This company only did a half job. Absolutely disgusting level of service and left the house in a revolting level of cleanliness. No way to get refund as only offered re-clean after moved in (again, still mid-covid). Even didn’t want to respond over email and made parents hand deliver letters. What a joke of a company.
AN EXCELLENT JOB WELL DONE I would like to register my delight now that David has been and did a grand job of cleaning my double oven and extractor fan. He not only cleaned it, he also managed to put right what the previous cleaner did wrong with the extractor filter. So it is fair to say he fixed my extractor fan. He was friendly and respected me and my flat protocols. David clearly takes great pride in what he does and must be a great asset to this company. I also used this company a week ago for a carpet clean and was pleased with the result. I work from home and it was important the carpet shouldn’t take long to dry, I was impressed with the method they use to clean the carpets and they were completely dry in less than 2 hours but felt only slightly damp within 30 mins. I would highly recommend this company for the great value for money and for the delivering of great results. Would I use this company again? DEFINITELY
I had my oven and carpets cleaned yesterday, what a great result! Our stairs and landing smells, looks and feels as good as new, so pleased with the results. I was surprised how dirty our oven was, Craig did a great job would highly recommend.
