Avoid, paid a deposit for a service wash, when I came back they claimed I hadn't paid the deposit, also shrunk my wrangler jeans (remember the laundry scene in Wayne's World 2..."I like them teeny and toastie")
I have had to get alot of things altered and everytime I have had a good experience, lady is lovely, always helpful, and nothing too much trouble. Quality of alterations is excellent. Highly recommend.
Avoid at all costs! Paid £12 to dry clean a hoodie that I have for over 9 years, is my favorite one. Despite obviously washing it for a number of times during this time, never happened to damage it. However, this place managed to. Hoodie is white with some blue inside the hood which they manage somehow to transfer it on the white. I’ve been told to contact the hoodie manufacturer and ask them for a new one as is their fault the blue transferred into the white (?!?!). Haven’t received an apology or a refund. Just avoid this place if you care about your things and take your business somewhere else.
I used AYS Cleaning for the first time this week. I handed over a large collection (One linen suit. Two other jackets and Three pairs of trousers!). I had not had any dry cleaning done since before the Pandemic! The quality of the cleaning is so good that I feel as if I have suddenly bought a whole set of brand new clothes! The staff were also very efficient and very pleasant. Thank you very much. (I have immediately left another collection of jackets and trousers!) Robin Lambert.
Great service! Dry cleaned my sofa covers and shortened a dress and skirt I have. Picked up and dropped off from my door. Lovely staff and really good at what they do.
Don't use dry cleaners a lot but of all the times in my life that I have, none come close to the service that AYS provided. Outstanding service, garment was cleaned as expected with a dry cleaners but they did it so professionally and competitively. Highly recommended.
An amazing Dry Cleaners. Tracey rescued my favourite jacket from all sorts of stains. The staff are very knowledgeable and know there stuff. A very friendly environment I felt very welcome and nothing was too much to ask. You have a very loyal customer in me and thank you again.
Used this company several times & they've never disappointed. Restored my coat to new with cleaning & have done a fantastic job repairing a broken zip. Would definitely recommend them.
