   If I could give less then 1 star I would I printed 1 page it was literally like small barcode on top of a page the rest was blank and they charge me almost £3 what a rip off

   Friendly and helpful staff. I bought two Parker pens with engraving. The manager helped me and so did Shannon. Both very polite and were pleasant. I will definitely be returning for future gifts. Top class customer service. I visited the store Thursday 10th July morning.

   Expensive! Bought a small box for posting which was already surprisingly expensive for a little bit of plain cardboard, then got asked to contribute to a charity I do not know and as there were other people standing around embarrassing to decline. Could not hear very well what the lady behind the till said until it showed on the till; 50% of the purchase price. Will not be going back to Rymans if we can avoid. We don’t mind giving to charity but I want to pick the ones deserving of it myself and not be pressured into it when shopping in a bit of a rush.

   Pretty good place for choice of different stationery items.... Better than WH Smith a few doors down, and a bit cheaper. They also do printing of documents and DHL delivery, and parcel pickups...

   The staff are so helpful. The layout is exceptional. If they have not got the item that you require, they will happily order said item and possibly arrange delivery to your required address. I would highly recommend Ryman Stationery.

   Stationary is on the high side. I bought a black and blue pen for 1.98, that is 99p for each only for both to leak out and stop writing same day plus I was charged 16.43 for printing and scanning about 12 pages of document. The pricing included a service charge and the copies were not sharp. I feel I didn’t get value for my money.

   Exhorbitant pricing at Beeston branch. A simple black & white photocopy was levied with a £2.50 service charge plus cost of copy. There is Max Spielmann shop a few doors away on the opposite side where they charge the normal nominal rates without service charge. You have lost my custom for life and warned others. Get your pricing in line with standard market rates.

   Felt the need to leave a review on the wonderful service received in the Beeston store yesterday. Staff were so friendly and couldn't have been more helpful, ordering me in supplies they didn't have in stock and helping me get my purchases to my car easily. The service really stood out from experiences with other shops/businesses, thank you.
