   I felt I had to leave feedback after spending time this morning in store being looked after by Sonya. We had to do an exchange for an unwanted gift and what a credit to the company she is. She took time to chat to us and understand what we were looking for and was hugely accommodating while we were in store. While making the most of the shop being quiet, Sonya made sure she showed us an array of items we could choose from and although we ended up opting for a gift card so we could choose another time, I wouldn’t hesitate to make the journey to Amersham to visit again. Thank you so very much.
