Such a shame, this shop is really nice and the owners are great, the daughter that works there is awful, rude mannered , abrupt, never wants to put anything in the bag in front of her when you’ve spent allot and is quite snappy. Totally put me off going in there for good this time.
Just visited nearby and saw this Lovely Little shop which has all the basic needs, it has a lot of potential , hope every one supports it . ************************** I have seen some comments here , before I was writing , some were saying nice parcel pickup I also ran a small shop like this and so I thought to tell few things , parcel pickup , tobacco products , bill payments, scratch card and lottery is just like charity work the money comes from those that don't even cover running costs. Why they still keep it means they just hope when you come to pickup a parcel you might buy something and it will help their business. So please at least buy chocolate with cash when going to collect a parcel in small independent shops to support . Supermarkets have their own banks so they don't need to pay for their transactions . Support local shops otherwise it will be like Australia soon where everything is owned by corporate companies. Please don't compare supermarkets to local shops especially tiny shops like this . The buying power difference is enormous. Have you ever wondered why all supermarkets( except 1 or 2 franchises ) don't top-up gas, electric ,council tax . Why post office doesn't accept credit cards . ( When a shop takes a card payment it has to pay authorization fee minimum 2p per transaction then card charges either specific number or percentage depends on the card , then banking charges and again banking charges when he uses that money to buy things, ) Note: I am not related to any way to this shop , I just wrote here to help people understand what tiny shops have to go through in order to survive. Wonderfully warm and friendly welcome in this shop. The owners are lovely and always willingly to help and chat. It sells so much more then you think. From groceries, fresh fruits, vegetables, cold drinks and ice creams, tobacco, lottery, stationery, cards and alcohol. I've probably missed some bit out so pop in and see for yourself.

Not good,awful young red hair woman works there,has been very rude to a lot of people. Does make a lot of people feel very awkward and uncomfortable being in there when this young girl is working there. I and my family don't go there anymore because of her.She is very rude and unfriendly.Apart from this not bad.Shame because the other staff seem great
