   We didn't go to the shop to order we ordered on line. When the food came we were disappointed. We spent £40 on 3 burgers, a a large fries which when opened the bag it wasn't even a large if say more a medium/small. The fries were cold too. We had free lemon chicken wings too and they were ok. Nothing to rave about. The beef burger itself was tasty and a decent size but as for the salad it was like mush on my burger. Wasn't fresh or nice and made the burger taste horrible. We won't be ordering from these again.

   Basically, the food was tasty, but the portions were really disappointing; they were very small. Their food wasn't cheap, while other grill takeaways provide a really good portion for the same price. Shame on them for treating the customer with absolutely nothing for a high price.

   Hugely disappointed. Had previously left a 5 star review. Used to order from here regularly, sometimes a couple of times a week. Last couple of times however the portions felt smaller. Wife is confident the boneless thighs are half thighs with the other half trimmed away. Today I ordered a thick thigh chicken burger, described as "2 juicy thighs grilled in the flavour of your choice, toasted gourmet soft bun.. crispy lettuce, red onion....". See image attached. The bun was soggy and doughy. Certainly not toasted. Lettuce was most certainly not crispy. It was as though the lettuce was a couple of days old and had been thrown onto a pan to disguise any foulness. There were no red onions (might have been a tiny sliver of a piece). Another reviewer had posted an image of a sad looking burger... I've attached images of mine. The burger wasn't thick, it was squashed. I did call the restaurant and to their credit they offered to have their driver drive out another burger... I declined as 1) i was put off the burger now but the restaurant weren't agreeable to providing an alternate item and 2) it'd be a waste of the drivers time and likely affect their income I might try this plane again in a few months time but for the moment I'll be giving it a miss

   Ordered 2 x tandori chicken tikka and a coleslaw. Ordered at 22.08pm order arrived at 22.55pm estimated time changed twice, driver also changed. When food arrived food wasn't hot, there was no flavour other than chargrilled/burnt. Coleslaw wasn't anything special. The actual chicken was thigh (menu does not stipulate this) portion extremely small (more like what you get with a starter) served on warm soggy lettuce. Definitely not worth £5.99 per portion. Would not recommend!!!!

   I’d give it 0 stars if I could. It used to be so good, but now they never put enough chicken on my burger. They put two sad little pieces so 40% of the time I’m just eating bread and salad. We’ve started asking them to put a good amount of chicken in but it’s still hit or miss. Today the chicken was so dry and tough, it was inedible. I stopped eating after a couple bites and threw it away. Super disappointed, will not buy from here again.
