Absolutely disgusting rude staff will never go into whitleigh coop again they need to be retrained in customer care.
Stores sound but Christ that cash point is a shambles lads had me thinking I was about to spunk 300 odd quid away
I ordered my goods at 8.00 p.m for 9-10 p.m delivery. Very disgusted as it hasn't arrived. Phoned the store at 9.45 to ask if it would be delivered by 10.p.m told to ring customer Service to get a delivery. Told the girl to do it. I shall be ringing them tomorrow .
Bigger store than expected, Good range of produce.
When i order from there i sometimes not get the right items or the right items but the wrong size for example i ordered lucozade 900ml x4 bottles this evening and i get the 500l x4 which they have charged me for the 900ml locozade that is not on at all. Maybe they should check properly at the items before picking the items or if they don't have then let the customer know before choosing what they want. Not a happy customer
It's average at most. I've seen happier volunteers that do free labour than the workers at this co op. Also I feel like a hinjerance when needing help from any of the staff. They never seem to come up with any solutions for problems neither. Other supermarkets don't seem to have this issue. The products also seem to be really dull and boring. Don't get me wrong I can get my bare minimum from there but they don't have much variety of products.not too mention its very expensive. If it weren't for the fact I cant drive i woudnt even shop here to be very honest.
Dont use their delivery service placed an order at 16:04 got an estimated delivery time of 1800-1900 nothing. 20:30 had to go into the store to collect order if they can't fulfil what they advertise then dont advertise it joke
Mostly good, and fair prices but till service is slow with only one person behind the counter at a time. (There is room for two and still socially distance). Self service is promoted, which is fine by me, but many don't like this method of shopping so the till for the checkout gets longer and longer.
